Early Bird
We have found demand for our properties is at an all time high, and as a result we have developed an 'Early Bird' reservation scheme.
Our Early Bird option means you can be first in the queue to secure your dream home.
Your reservation fee will ensure you have first refusal on your chosen plot. We promise to give you an indicative price and guidance on the completion date at the point of your reservation. If at that time you decide not to proceed, we refund your deposit, less a nominal administration fee.
Part Exchange
So you've found your perfect Stancliffe Home and you want to take the stress out of selling your own property. If your current home has a value that is 50% or lower than the value of the new build Stancliffe home you wish to buy, a Part Exchange can take away a lot of the hassle of selling your home.
With a Part Exchange, you don't have to worry about estate agent fees, and can move into your new home much more quickly. You're also avoiding the often stressful house-buying chain.

Easy Move
Easy Move is a great way to make moving home simpler. It enables you to buy a brand new Stancliffe home, while we take care of selling your current property for you.
With Easy move, we'll take care of appointing a top local estate agent to value and sell your home. We'll deal with all the paperwork too.
You can use our Easy Move scheme when selling any type of property, regardless of its value, making this an excellent scheme to take advantage of whether you're moving to a bigger, smaller or similar style of house.
